Hiring a full-time employee comes with significant costs beyond salary, including benefits, taxes, and equipment. A full-time designer might have specific strengths and weaknesses. Freelancers or agencies often bring a broader range of skills and experiences. Additionally, you may not consistently have enough work to keep them fully occupied, resulting in paying for idle time.
You might find this surprising, but Arcos Media is actually a one-person agency. This means you'll be working directly with me, the founder of Arcos Media. However, for specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, I collaborate with partner designers.
Arcos Media does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
We recognize that you might not have enough design projects to occupy an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests right now. That's when pausing your subscription becomes useful.Billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. If you sign up and use the service for 21 days before pausing your subscription, the billing cycle stops, leaving you with 10 days of service that you can use anytime in the future.
No problem! We'll keep refining the design until you're completely satisfied.
That's perfectly okay. You can pause your subscription once you're done and resume it when you have more design needs. This way, you won't waste the remaining time on your subscription.
Because of the exceptional quality of our work, we do not offer refunds.
Typically, most requests are completed within two days or less, though more complex projects may require additional time.
